Fees

• The cost per 50 minute intake session is $180. After intake a 45- 50 minute session is $160.00.

• I have a 24 hour late cancel/no show fee of $150

• I can provide you with an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if I am not in network.

• A GFE (Good Faith Estimate) is available upon scheduling or upon request

• I am currently in network with Regence, Premera, & First Choice Plans

• Sliding scale option: I believe everyone should have access to affordable counseling services. Ask me about availability! My sliding scale amount is $125 a session.

Methods of Payment Accepted:

All counseling fees are required at the end of each session. I place a credit card on file and charge your card after your insurance EOB come back.
